Appointment & Reservations

  • Workshop Appointment

    If you would like to have a workshop session on specific date/ location, please fill in the form for appointment.

    Workshop Reservations

    You can check and reserve our upcoming workshops via our Reservation Page.

    (If you are not available on the upcoming sessions are not, you can fill in the appointment form for inquiry)

  • Yes it is.

    Your spot will only be secured after we received your deposit.

  • Cancellation and Rescheduling Policy:

    Cancellation and Rescheduling is not available in 3 hours before your appointment. Please contact our customer service at 5912 2181.

    Lateness Policy:

    Any lateness of more than 15 minutes will be considered as no show and the table will be released for waiting list/ walk-ins. The deposit will not be refunded by any means.

    Deposit Policy:

    Deposit is required for every person, which will be deducted from the bill directly.

    Cancellation and refund Policy:

    If you wish to cancel your crafting session and get a refund on the deposit, we will be issuing you a credit of same amount which is available for 3 months. The credit is applicable for all crafting experiences.

  • The spot may have been taken by others. If you would like to reserve a specific time-slot, please feel free to contact our customer service for assisatnce at +852 5912 2181 via Whatsapp or phone call in our business hours 12pm - 9pm daily.

    In order to deliver you the best experience, we collaborate with Ninety’s and Yú Teahouse, so that you can enjoy quality and fresh coffee or tea during the art crafting experience.

  • Yes, we partnered with both Harbour City and Eslite. Their coupons can only be used in in-store reservations and walk in sessions.

    For Harbour City, you can use their $100 and $500 Cash coupon

    For Eslite Book store, you can enjoy their members privileges.
